Ordered a butterfly lamb shoulder to try them out. The meat was heavenly!! You can tell they really love and care for their animals. Will def be ordering more. Thank you guys!!

I ordered a french rack and shoulder from this place and they advertise 1 to 2 day shipping for 20 dollars. It took 4 days to arrive. My local FedEx facility kept it on their docks for 3 of those 4 days. Needless to say, it arrived warm, no dry ice and room temperature meat that looked a little off color with a lot of liquid in the plastic it was sealed in. I called the customer service line and instead of trying to make it right, they tell me that it was impossible that it was warm because of dry ice they use to ship. After 2 days of being called a liar and no offers to replace or a refund, I will try to get my credit card company to take care of it. The meat may or may not be good, I will never know, but I recommend not ordering from this place.
Update: 3 days now, still no resolution. They have not offered anything. They are still insistent that I am lying to them. Premium priced, possibly really good meats, but the worst customer service ever! Their response below sums it up.
