A true Must visit. Both owner and Cuz actually opened their shop to accommodate us 3 senior ladies lost , in spite of our gps, trying to locate your outlet. We were totally late - past closing time but - wow!! 👏🏾👍🏾
We loved the cheeses and most of all - Thank you for your courtesy to 3 lost senior ladies trying to locate your shop. We did see your ‘ cow ‘ on the roof of your shop. Thank you and your cheeses we all bought were excellent

Just visited table at the Carlsbad Farmers Market and purchased the large jar of Ghee and Raw White Cheddar. TO DIE FOR!!
It made for a good start to my vacation. Move over olive oil.... my scrambled eggs with ghee were out of this world. I knew with every bite I was getting a wholesome. Simply delicious.

We love their dairy products and have bought cheese and butter through the Farmer’s market over the years. Visited the pumpkin patch today and didn’t realize this is hosted by Spring Hill Cheese as a seasonal event. We had a wonderful time visiting with the cows, calves, and goats. There was live music, parking was free, everyone was socially distanced and masked. They sold food, though we brought a picnic and didn’t get anything, we did buy some pumpkin ice cream which was tasty. It felt like a real farm event, and not a pop up commercial pumpkin patch, like some of the other sites that exist. The pumpkin patch was very large, you pick your own from the vine with many varieties of pumpkins, and we were charged a very reasonable amount for 5 pumpkins. There was also a tractor ride around the patch, and no extra charge for this, parking, or animal petting. We spent a few hours here and we’d love to come back for more events!

The Owner let us in to pick pumpkins and gourds and pet the animals even when they were closed for the day due to rain. I know they had to turn down busting school children and she still gave us a significant discount on our pumpkins & gourds. Very kind and generous.
