Deli Manager Tony was absolutely awesome, and so was the young lady who made the sandwiches for an event we were having in Birmingham. Tony went above and beyond to make sure we got the sandwiches at the time I requested, he even gave me directions to your store when we made a wrong turn. We live in Wisconsin and came in town strictly for this event. I just want to thank you Tony for your Southern Hospitality and please thank your associate as well. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty!!!

What a nice store. We'll stocked and CLEAN. The staff stopped me several times to see if I needed any help finding or reaching things. I found some nice BOGO DEALS in the cereal department and some really great prices in the meat department.
Great visit. I'll stop next time I'm out that way.

Went for first time yesterday. They had items I don’t find in other store chains like Conecuh bacon, ready to heat Cajun foods, elk patties. Good selection of deli sandwich salads, salad bar sold by the pound. A hot deli was well stocked and the people there were friendly. Good produce with hard-to-find Ambrosia apples! Yum! There were a great number of items produced in Alabama which was good to see. Not the least expensive place though.

This is the best store I've ever been to. They have a wide selection and the deli sells an amazing blue berry cobbler too! The staff are really friendly, professional, and helpful! If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be sure to stop by!

Nice wine selection, good meats, nice flower dept. Produce is lacking. Limited and inconsistent product availability and some strange choices of stocked products. Poor toiletry / drug selection. Always lots of checkers but some of the younger ones are distracted on the job to a fault. I've never had a bagger offer to help with groceries. Terrible customer service if you need to return an item, and often flat-out rude. Fat prices without the generous services you'd receive if you were at Publix.
