We went to Haven Farms today and I can’t contain my excitement! This place is a gem! I went with my 21 month son and two other Mom friends who also have toddlers. WE HAD A BLAST! Anna, the farm manager, is absolutely incredible! She loves her job and it shows. She was so kind to the animals and the kids and gave us a wonderful farm tour! Anna is very knowledgeable and is so friendly she made the farm a great experience for everyone!! The animals (pigs, goats, cows, horses, chickens, alpacas, working dogs, ducks, and rabbits) are unlike any other animals I’ve ever been around - they are so gentle and loving, and very obviously well cared for and loved! The farm is immaculate - so clean and well maintained! It’s a beautiful space with a covered picnic area, two playgrounds, a large sand pit, and the cleanest porta-potties you’ve ever seen. I’m pregnant and I’m telling you these had no smell - I would have noticed- also had a nice area to wash hands.
Overall this place is amazing and really deserves more attention, as it’s such a hidden gem! I highly recommend visiting! You can book a farm tour by contacting them on their website or social media page. Also they had eggs for sale!

Our preschool took a field trip here and it was AMAZING! We were first greeted by Leanne, one of the owners, then the kids got to play on the playground until all the students arrived who came with their parents. They have a pavilion where we could leave ice chests and other things. Then we were given a tour by the guide. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about all the animals and very clear and concise on how the children should behave around the livestock. She did an excellent job. The kids got individual time with all of the animals which included feeding alpacas and goats. We also got to pet piglets, bunnies, and pet the large beautiful Persian dogs. BUT the coolest thing of all was the kids each got to ride a horse. The handlers of the horses were very good with the children as well. Parents got to go into the arena and take pictures of their children riding. Since it was a field trip, we got the whole place to ourselves for over 3 hours! I will say that all of our students had a parent with them so that maybe one reason why it went so smoothly, BUT the staff was so kind and hospitable to us all. Even before booking the field trip they answered questions and emails very promptly. Plus it is a Christian owned and the owner prayed over us before we took the tour. I give it 10/10 stars as I don't feel like 5/5 is an adequate scaling of how wonderful, calm, peaceful, and serene this place is. We also never felt rushed and they had plenty of photo opportunities as well. BRAVO to HAVEN FARMS! Thank you for a wonderful experience with God's creation!

I highly recommend Critter Camp at Haven Farms. My children had a lot of fun everyday, had new experiences, they used all of their energy and became very comfortable around animals. They loved their counselors too.

My son attended two weeks of Critter Camp this summer and he absolutely LOVED it! The staff is amazing and the kids were kept engaged with different activities! He came home exhausted everyday.

We used the shuttle service from Huntsville during his two weeks and that was such a great service. He had fun on his trips to camp, singing songs and getting to spend extra time with his new friends.

As a parent, I appreciated the constant communication from LeAnn. She made sure we knew what to expect at camp ahead of time and was very responsive when we had questions. I was at ease knowing my son was being well taken care or during his time at the farm. We will definitely be back!

Such a wonderful place. We took our daughter and a few frineds here for her 4th birthday and we had a blast. The people were so nice. They made us feel so comfortable and welcoming. We all got a bag of food to feed the animals and at the end there was a hughe playground for the kids. They also offer horseback lessons. Best birthday ever!! Thanks Haven Farms.

My two boys love Haven Farms! They have been to the summer camps for two of the seasons, and have asked to go back each year! This sweet family is so welcoming and treats our kids like their own. LeAnn and her staff knows how to let kids have fun along with being well organized and giving the kids good structure. My boys will definitely be back this year!
