I had a great experience or though I hear when it's busy it can be crazy, but I got there on a Thursday, at 10am and was put in a dock within 30 minutes, got loaded under an hour. Staff were all very nice and helpful. The dock spaces are very tight but double to get into As long as they don't fit in too many trucks at once.

This place sure could use a bigger lot to navigate around. I got here early and got a dock right away. Not much room to turn around once a few trucks get here. Took a couple of hours to get unloaded. Overall not too bad...

Customer service was great. We arrived at 11:58am for a 2pm appointment. We sat there for 7 hours to get loaded. The people were great. Just the loading and unloading that took for ever. Expect to be her for 7 plus hours before getting loaded or unloaded. We got loaded at 5:45pm and leaving at 6:05pm.

I had good experience with them. Came at 11 pm slept at the property( its small) around 4 trucks can stay. Appt 7 am receiving came at 5 got a door 7.30 empty. People nice and friendly.
P.S. be aware of poles when u back up to the door

This place is a joke checked in 6am girl running the dock didn't get here at 6:15 with an attitude finally got a door about 7:30 empty by 8:00 9:30 still haven't got my bills ask about my bills and was told I had an attitude the girl running the dock so unprofessional and rude. This place don't deserve one star

Nice friendly folks! Appointment was at 4pm,got there at 9:30am and I got loaded in 3 hrs cause there were trucks before me.But it took all of 20mins to load me with 42k on the weight.I got out of there at 1pm and made it home to Atlanta before dark! PRICELESS!!!
