*Buyers Beware* Be 100% sure of your purchase because this business does not take returns. And if you do try to return you can only exchange with in 10days of the original purchase AND you have to exchange for a product at the same time as the exchange (no store credit). The clerk at the Santa Cruz store suggested I call the owner to plead my case for a return, as the item had not come out of the box. I spoke to the owner’s “assistant” who was extremely rude had the worst customer service and was unbelievably dismissive. I will not be shopping here again.

Horrible service. I bought a used item with a "6 month warranty" that didn't even work when I got it home. I'm still calling almost everyday trying to get them to service it. It's been over a month.
