I checked at 4:00pm for a 5:00pm appointment... After 5 hours I went back to the gate. He asked me didn't you just get a phone call 10 minutes ago? Yeah... That load canceled... As I was driving around the property to leave, I got a phone call to tell me the load was canceled...

Truckers... Male sure you don't come earlier than an hour before your appointment time. For the most part once checked in at the gate u will be given a door number. Slide your tandems, get loaded and once completed you will have to do a self checkout. Go to the exit gate, type your trailer number, grab a seal from the container below the computer screen and get your paperwork from the window with the slot left of the screen and be on your way. All the drivers who come first time over here gets confused at both check in & out and if you didn’t get a door upon checking in you have to go somewhere else and wait for a call which makes it more complicated waiting time maybe vary for both waiting & loading. Good luck 👍

Check in is via intercom on the gate. Got the door straight away. Trailer needs to b clean. Enough room to back safely. In n out in 2 hrs. Check out is on computer while exiting gate. U get to choose ur own seal (for a change) 😃. No over nite parking.

This place is okay. I been here twice and average time for loading is 2-3 hours if you here on time. You check in at gate by intercom. And you do self check out so give right trailer number and other information. There are people sitting in office but they counting hours. If pretty hard to get help from them.

Great place for loading the majority of the time. My several trucks run loads here locally in SoCal for them. As I sit here outside Ontario, CA location though, I reduce my rating to three stars on the verge of two, based on the fact that it shouldn’t take 18 hours to work on an RMA return authorization number when one of their customers refuses to take delivery or already delivered product. Have had load stuck on truck for going on 18 hours now and no answer for return. Plant staff rude when asked for direct contact to get this necessary information for return of their own product that they screwed up and double-shipped!
