I ordered 4 bags of oxygen Absorber Packs, I received them quickly, however the corner of the package was damaged and one of the packs had a hole in it. I called customer service and was surprised to actually talk to a person. Ola was extremely helpful and took care of me. Told me not to worry and she would have a replacement sent out to me. About 5 days later I received the replacement. Great customer service!!! Oh, also the Oxygen Packs work great.

Both quart and gallon mylar bag packages with seal top came with bottom of the packaging opened. One was even double wrapped and still opened on bottom thru both layers. None of the other items I ordered were poorly sealed except for these. Regular mylar bags were sealed ok. If not for this they would have been given a 5 star

Received the product quickly. We opened one bag to check them out, then folded over the top of the bag to keep the inside clean until we prepped our food. A few hours later, we unfolded the top of the bag we opened. The inside of the bags we received had the strongest chemical smell. No joke, the smell was so harsh that it burned my nostrils for a few minutes afterwards. We refuse to put any food into something with something this harsh. That is the only word to describe it is "harsh."

I tried to reach out to customer service about a week ago on Facebook and got an auto response, but never a reply.
