Check in process is a JOKE. Guards are real cool and professional but the system in place is a BAD IDEA! Trucks line up outside on the road where it is posted "No Stopping Anytime " and on a blind curve!! If someone hits my truck and tries to sue, Mondelez and DHL will have a lawsuit on their hands. They need to either move to a bigger location or speed up the process to check in drivers so they don't wait outside!

awesome security guard helped us a lot washrooms located before docks 2 back doors say DHL driver chk in tight parking so go out and look be safe scan QR code upon entering rest is a waiting for tex ur 50% done or 100% pick up paperwork when existing

Worse place to pick up!!!!! Appointment at 730. Got here at 730, did the check in by phone. My notification code by txt showed 734am. After getting a dock 5 min later. They inform me that I was late. I told them how. They said I should of checked in 1 hour early to mark me as "on time" . I said but my appt said 730. And they said, yes we know, and that's why ur late.. so, I've been docked since 745, and it's now 12pm..

Be ready to camping out remember to bring your foods. Appointment time at 18:30 now 23:45 and still not done. Crazzzzzzy place make sure you getting pay for detention which I did. 6 trucks got the docks at the same time so far one just left.

Today 12/07/2024 at 11:34 i had check in at this place. They told me to go out and i would be called back they did and got in line to go to my door. The security guard at the check in had us waiting for almost 30min so his buddy another local driver could heat up his food in the security guards shack. Smfh very unprofessional and disrespectful to us other drivers!!!

Doesn't matter if it's just drop and hook or live load/unload appt time followed here. It applies to everyone including amazon trailers. It's DHL facility, so don't hesitate to enter if you're bringing your load for mdlz ontario. It's self check in with DHL QR code. Follow sms text after you self check in and hand your BOL to guardshack. You'll get signed BOL at check out gate.

These people are ok but when chek in you can come 90 mins early.
While check out at green light you have to wait for hours for text message so you can check out .
Loading time is 3-4 hours

Parking is okay but come on your scheduled appointment only. No overnight parking. Even, when you come on time still it will take around 4 hours to unload. B ready.
