9 am appointment check in at 9 am. Check out 4:10 pm. The only excuse is we’re running behind and we’ll get to you as soon as we can. Complete disregard of drivers time all the other drivers that checked in with me were also there all day.Even when load was loaded and doing paperwork there were about 6-7 employees in there just having a casual conversation wasting more time after holding truckers hostage all day. After signing each page I would have to wait for employment finish his conversation so he can come back to me and flip the pages so he can tell me where to sign after I sign he would go back to his conversation and I would have to wait again until he was done so know where to sign.

Drivers have to comply with e logs. If you hold a truck hostage for 7 hours. Your employee is about to finish his shift and go home. Now the trucker has to start his. His day become so much longer without pay. All because you don’t know how to properly manage a warehouse. Somebody in the upper management is responsible for this. Now 3 appointments will have to be changed.

Very nice and friendly staff I had appointment 12:00 pm i checked in 6:00 am they give me door 6:03 am empty 7:00 am goood to go very quick clean rest room ,keep it up guys

Horrible place got loaded 10 hrs after my apt.11am to 9pm.sat in dock all day.me and everyone else.dont come here it will turn a good day into a Horrible day.

Easy check in and check out. Could be way better if they would use a yard truck to put dropped trailers at the far end docks, and let us delivering with sleepers + 53' trailers dock in the middle to not have to blindside back to those far docks. Usually under 2 hours from check in to paperwork in hand. Nice facility overall, but please fix the blindside issue!!!

Everyone was super friendly and fast delivery. Great place to deliver!
Docks are a little closer together so trailer doors can be a pain if you have wings.
