I went into Stater Brothers went to the meat counter Maria was there I asked her if there were any turkeys available that were cooked she said possibly four I went to the front Deli they were all out Maria gave up her turkey should bought so I could take out of town with me to have enough food for my family just to make sure I had enough talk about kindness everybody at the deli counter was gracious and went out of the way to get it ready very quickly you guys are awesome thank you so much

The guys at the meat department lately have a really big problem wrapping up meat properly and causing it to leak all over everything. Have told them many times, supervisor needs to do a better job, Disappointing.

I have shopped at this Stater Bros. for over 5 years. The customer service with the young bag people just keeps getting worse. Not to mention the cashier's that hold conversations with them and barely acknowledge me as a paying customer. The attitude of these children because they act that way is entitled. I guess good help is hard to find. I have given your store so many opportunities to be better and you are not stepping up. I will no longer shop at your store. Very disappointed. Family owned. Be better. Train those entitled children better.

I do like the Stater Brothers. But their chicken was outrageous in price. $5.99 cents a pound. Especially when you have to pay for that water absorbent pad in the family pack with chicken.

Was told very rudely by a manager or employee that I can't have my service dog in the store. Another person's dog in the store saw my dog and started barking which got her over immediately bringing her Karen mentality and angry look like we've actually done something wrong, kept yelling, "YOU CAN'T HAVE YOUR DOG IN THE STORE, I DON'T CARE- 5X. Wasn't going to let her affect my day like someone apparently did to her and she wouldn't even let me get a word out, but disrespectful as it gets and action will be taken on my part. The other person with the dog got kicked out too. We'll see what happens, if it costs her her job than she shouldn't do that to loyal customers with their service dogs. Disgusted by this lady's behavior

The cashier Amber is the slowest person ever working the cash register no sense of urgency. Next problem the process ordering chicken is complicated they need a better system in place.
