?Ah you found it, the interesting experience for the entire family - expect your kids to love this! It’s an active and busy petting farm for miniature horses, goats, and chickens. And a general store with everything from ice cream, bird houses, and practical leather belts.

The horse rides are tame and mild for most children, and at the time cost $7 a ride.

Throughout the farm the animals wanted to interact with us. Inside the barn the horses would knock ✊ knock on the wood doors over and over until we gave them attention or food. Pretty hilarious.?

We had to try the ice cream and it didn’t disappoint. While we sat in the shade and ate, more fresh baked goods were being delivered to the store.

10/10 would return.

Took the kids here once in hopes we could get a horse ride for our kids. We paid for 4 rides for our kids. We went out in line and waited for at least 30 mins and nothing. They fished the prior person and then instead of taking us they took someone else. We waited longer and seen the other animals. We got tired of waiting and left. The only reason we I didn’t give 1 star is because they gave us our money back. Will not be back!

Update June 2024: little one looks forward to our visits here. There were lots of new baby mini horses this last visit - I believe 4 total.

We actually went twice in one week because she kept talking about it. She even experienced the cart ride for the first time. It’s only $7. We also enjoy walking the path that goes around to the chickens and the horses that are in the pasture.

From 2022: Our little one loves this place. We go often for her to pet and feed the mini horses, llamas and goats or explore their cute farm.

What a Great Place to visit when in Strasburg, Pennsylvania. The Little Horses are Adorable & The Goat is Amazing. Nice little General Store with Amish crafts.

Our family stops here every year around Easter. They have the best goodies, and in my opinion best prices for whoopie pies. We get body creams and soaps as well as quilted kitchen accessories. They’ve become part of our family traditions. Petting zoo is free, you can purchase food to feed the animals and little horse rides can be purchased as well.

We enjoyed our day at the farm yesterday. We booked the workshop and groomed a mini horse, fed the animals, and my daughter enjoyed a carriage ride. The store is full of goodies and don’t miss out on the homemade root beer floats! The farm is well-maintained and the staff members were friendly. A lovely outing! Quick tip: bring cash, it is easier!

Even though it has become commercialized quite a bit I still enjoy going when there are not a lot of tours there. They have a lot of homemade food, drinks and crafts. The people working there are very nice as well. I always walk away with buying something, whether it be a drink and homemade chips or a quilt. Also there are the miniature horses for the children to see as well as other animals they can see and pet.
