Has the hot chicken sandwich. Was pretty good with a decent kick, a bit on the salty side which might have been the fry oil. The chicken was well fried and didn't dry out which is nice.

The slaw on the sandwich was a nice compliment though. Definitely will give them another try though.

Review is for the food truck. I got the hot and spicy chicken sandwich. It took a while to get but I really enjoyed it and it was a big sandwich. $14. And I would get the spicy version as it wasn't that spicy at all.

We got the food truck for my husband's 40th birthday at our house and couldn't have been happier! The food was delicious and Sarah and her family did an amazing job getting the party fed even dessert! Everyone was asking me where I found them because they wanted her contact info. Sarah made everything super easy from communication to menu. 5 stars and definitely will be using the Sassafras truck again!

I ordered the braised short rib melt and with tax and tip was almost $20. Which for a pretty small sandwich is a lot! L It said it had caramelized onions but they were pickled and the short rib was bland and mealy in texture kind of like a bad pot roast and there was no sauce or anything to give it some flavor. I don’t usually like to leave bad reviews but I was very disappointed with my sandwich. I was really excited and wanted to like it but sadly it wasn’t great. You got a lot of meat that was the only plus. A lot of the other stuff that I saw them making looked really good so maybe I just got there one not so good thing. Sadly with their prices I wont me trying it again.

Besides the amazing food we always have an amazing experience! The owners and employees care about our community and it shows through their food and compassionate nature! We ALWAYS recommend the Monster Fries and the Monster Grill; from meat to sauce everything is mouth watering!! My 8 year old daughter lives for the High Noon! Thank you for making our day and being such awesome people!

Had the tri-tip sandwich with aoli mayo and onions. WOW! This thing was probably one of the best sandwiches (or anything else) I've ever eaten! Amazing, hot, bread was soft and fresh and the meat was seasoned with the right amount of spice. If you get a chance to get something from this truck - GET IT!!

This review is for the food truck at food truck fridays. Had the spicy chicken nuggets with apple slaw. Chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly with a fresh tangy slaw. Fast and friendly service. Will definitely be back for more.

Had the Tennessee hot chicken sando? The chicken was crispy, and the sauce on the coleslaw-like veggies in it was delicious. The bun was fresh and soft. Just right ?
