Dawn is doing the community justice. Great customer service. She really cares about her customers. The potpies are delicious. Crust seasoned and warm. I enjoyed the gumbo and rice very much. And the Chili is delicious! I recommend everyone go here it's a must for the community.

I’ve lived in the south and spent time in Louisiana. It’s been a hot minutes since I last had some gumbo. I was not disappointed. The flavor was as super good. Maybe the rice was a little too soft(?), but really aside from that, I was so happy to get me some southern food.
Great customer service. Portion size was good.

We loved this place. Order at the counter and either eat at the few tables inside or out or take home. We got the chicken curry pot pie and the beef pot pie and a jalapeno cheddar cornbread muffin as well as a plain one. The pot pies were ?. The crust was perfect and flaky and the filling had just the right amount of veggies. Super tasty. Half of us preferred the beef and the other half the chicken curry. The cornbread muffin were also delish, although we preferred the plain over the jalapeno. Half of us didn't like the pickled jalapeno on the top. It was too much and overpowered the corn flavor. we can't wait to go back. It may become a weekly treat.

Amazing food. It’s hard to find quality meat pies anywhere in the city. Only drawback is the portion size/price of the chicken pot pie. Felt like the pie had either too much crust or too little filling, maybe both.

Didn't dine-in. Order online just cause always looking for a different flavorful taste. Seen that they sold chicken pot pie so, I decided to order one .Let me tell you, on the menu was the flavored curry chicken pie ? Got that and some bean chili. Why the pie cream was dry and the mixed vegetables come from the frozen section at the grocery store ?. With crust that was rocked cooked. Just another SMH !!! The chili was alrighty thou.
They did give a coupon for buy one get one free, any item so I may just go dine-in just to see if the same results. Oh yeah they sell regular pie too?

Everything we ordered was delicious. Donna was super friendly and offered samples to help us narrow down our selections when we could not decide between the great options. We ordered pies to take home and can’t wait to eat them. We will absolutely be back!

Just ordered from here less than an hour ago and SPRINTED to leave this review. I have never in my life had pot pie this good and I’m telling not a soul because I know if I do they will sell it out!!!!! ? amazing, look at the ‘lil C on the pie like c’monnnnnn! Fresh parsley garnish? This is it y’all don’t sleep on this spot!

Their pies are mislabelled at the Beverly Hills Farmers Market two weeks in a row. It's summer, so of course I picked up what I thought was peach cobbler, bc that what the label said it was. But they use apples instead and it's also not a cobbler. They are just pies, with barely any peaches inside. And no crumbles on top either. Ugh! Never again!
