Tim was unbelievable. He cooked our Thanksgiving and it was THE most succulent turkey I have ever had. Every bite tasted like a fine tuned recipe that had been perfected over decades. Tim and his staff were so friendly and fun to be with, too. Comfort. Charisma. And of course world-class Cooking. You’d be a fool not to trust Tim with your next party.

I cannot speak highly enough of Chef Tim, who went out of his way to put together a last minute dinner for a friend. His timely and thorough communication made the whole situation less stressful, and the food was delicious! He helped with planning the menu and was open to any feedback I had. Amazing chef service in Palm Springs! We hired Tim and his team to cook for our executive team offsite and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious and really healthy. Tim and Amber were both lovely and we felt super comfortable having them prep the meal in our space. I HIGHLY recommend them if you’re in need in the Palm Springs area.

Tim cooked and served a meal that was over the top yummy!

We began with a arugula, pear, persimmon salad with a light and beautiful vinaigrette, that enhanced the salad without overwhelming the beautiful and seasonal flavors.. Wow! I knew we were in for a magnificent meal.

The second course was an explosion of taste with lemon and cracked pepper. Amazing!

We've had Chef Tim for two events — he did the food for a small dinner, and the canapes for a large Tyler Cowen event we hosted at home. The food was superb, we had lots of compliments. Tim is super professional, no fuss, very reliable. Our serving staff also said they enjoyed working with him. We look forward to working with Tim again!
