This lawn mower shop is a joke. My friend gave me a Honda Lawn mower and said it didn't start but should just need a tune up so I took it to this shop. 125 dollars later I was in love with this lawn mower. The lawn mower ran fine for the summer and my grass looked great that summer in the winter my grass goes dormant since I have Saint Augustin grass so I just put it away. Summer again and lawn mower would not start again so I took it to a different shop, the guy told me the lawn mower was no good cause it had no compression so I took it to power lawn mower again for a second opinion, the guy told me that if the lawn mower didn't have compression it wouldn't start so I left it with him and he got it working another $125 lawn mower worked fine for about 4 moths and stopped turning on. When I took it back I was told no warranty after 3 months and said he would look at it to see what was wrong. I went to pick it up and he told me I had left the throttle switch on and the gas had mixed with my oil so make sure not to leave the switch on when I'm not using it. I cut the grass 3 times and the 4th time it didn't want to turn on I called him and told him it hadn't been 3 months and should be under warranty. I took the lawn mower in 2 month latter after bugging him for a while he told me the rings were worn out and that's why the gas was getting mixed with the oil. This all could have been avoided had he just did a compression test to begin with. I even told him the other shop said it had no compression. Well this shop is incompetent on a very basic level in my opinion I rate them a zero!!!

I have a Craftsman 6.5 lawn mower. It was bogging out while mowing and sputtering but idled fine. I brought it this place and they told me it was the carburetor. They charged me about 80 bucks to "REBUILD" the carb, change the air filter and carburetor. When i came back to pick it up the guy at the front desk started it and it seemed to run fine but it had a little white smoke coming from the exhaust (which it NEVER had before). He assured me that it would go away. 1 1/2 months later the smoke is worse blowing out huge white clouds and lawnmower won't stay on any more. I bring it back and they tell me it wasn't anything they did and refuse to offer any help. I ONLY USE MY MOWER TO CUT A SMALL AREA OF GRASS IN MY BACKYARD. I HAVE A GARDENER FOR THE FRONT YARD. SO I DON'T EVEN USE IT ENOUGH TO THRASH IT. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE

Don't waste your time or money. Poor customer service and the work they do was not satisfactory. I took a weeder to get repaired and not only did it take over a week to get it back, when I got home the damn thing wouldn't even start. Overpriced, will never go here again
