We had SO much fun growing these gourmet mushrooms from Cave Spring Canopies. Easy to grow (even if you slightly divert from the instructions), and they're absolutely gorgeous to observe; it felt like our own little science experiment. And the TASTE was incomparable. If you think you like mushrooms now, wait till you can have them freshly grown in your own home. The staff at Cave Spring Canopies was incredibly helpful from the beginning to the end of the process, I absolutely cannot wait for our next mushroom growing experience.

This experience was SO amazing! I had so much fun watching them grow. I knew I really liked blue oysters but I had never tasted them so fresh and I am OBSESSED. I will definitely be trying more varieties from them and can’t wait to keep learning more!
