I ordered an 8" classic vanilla bundt cake. When I got it home, I took it out of the wrap and added sprinkles, that is when I noticed the cake looked as if it fell apart and was put back together. I called and they asked me to bring it in and I did. I spoke to an employee named Maria, she told me that she knows she didn't give it to me like that, and basically accused me of messing up the cake myself and bringing it back to them, which was insulting and very unprofessional.

I've been here many times and I have never had any issues with the cakes or employees.
They weren't able to give me the same type of cake as a replacement, but I expected some sort of credit or something to make up for this mistake.

Very disappointed with the customer service and cake quality this time, definitely expected more.

MY grandaughter & I stopped by 20 min. Before closing to buy a cake for her mom who just was released from the hospital from having surgery.nothing Bundt cakes are my daughters favorite so my grandaughter thought it would be the perfect gift for her mom & bring a smile to her face.As we entered the store we were greeted with " can I help you" I hadnt even walked close to the counter to see what was avaable,i then walked to the right to look through the decoration book to get an idea for a get well / feel better cake decorations when I was told by another employee dont go that way the floor is wet!we then proceeded to the counter to place an order I asked if they had a get well cake/ decorations & the 1st girl looked # me rather confused &.looked over & asked the 2nd girl( who initially told me the floor was wet)if they had get well cake decorations &.before she could finish she said "no" we dont have any.i then.started to look through a book.they had behind the counter with decorations &.asked for a lilac bow with a get well & I love you flag.the second girl kept coming in & out from the back not.doing anything,but watching the girl helping me.i felt @ this time she was trying to push the girl who was helping me to work faster & the same time rush me to order.when she asked for help.from the 2nd girl how to ring me up just for the bow & flags it seem to be a bothet,which was so unprofessional coming from a co worker who seemed to . know it all or act as she did.While the 1st girl continued to ring me up @ the counter the 2and girl started packing my cake in a box with my cake wrapped in
surran wrap ,she then put the bow in the box on the cake & the flag,when I asked,you dont wrap the cakes in cellophane & decorate them a more she looked @ me & said" you didnt say you wanted it wrapped" I replied I was never asked, & I have never had to ask to wrap it in cellophane & put the decorations on it like the display..it was like do it yourself kind of thing.she then took it to the back & told the 1st girl it was going to be about 10 min.i said that's fine.which.was still before closing.when she brought it out I asked where was the I love you flag &.she said I was just charged for 1 .I asked how much & she said. 25 cents.i didnt have cash on hand so I wasnt going to use my card for .25 cents.mind you this was the 2nd & last time I will come to this store the customer service was so unprofessional, not sure if she was the supervisor.but come to find out the man that was collecting the money from the drawer was the manager & he didnt even bother to ask,or speak to us while we were standing there to see if we needed anything even when he heard me say ,we won't be coming back here.my other experience was an online order that wasn't what I ordered ,when I showed them they had a problem fixing it..I usually go to west covina ,chino or rosemead which go over & beyond for their customers & are so helpful, kind &.welcoming! maybe this store needs some training from these stores or revamping their stsff.

Today I bought 8 boxes of cakes for my two daughters' classes. They were well received and my daughters shared their happiness. However, I had a very unpleasant experience buying cakes in the store. The reason was that the waiter had three aspects that made me feel bad: 1. I needed to write the name of each teacher on the bag. When I asked the waiter if there were stickers, she directly refused. I didn't have any, but I saw yellow sticky notes on her desk. 2. Because there were 6 packaging bags, I wrote the teacher's name directly on the packaging bag. I wrote two wrong. I asked the waiter if I could get two more bags. I changed them. There were two waiters at the time. One of the young waiters was happy to give me one. When she wanted to get me the second bag, the waiter who refused to give me the sticker said that they could not provide the second bag. 3. The waiter was still very bad. Because of this reason, I went to the store next door to buy sticky notes and tape. Delicious cakes need to be paired with excellent service!

Cakes are good, but getting to that point was quite the task. I sent my son in to pick up my order and when we got home, the print-out telling us which cake was which, there were a dozen, was not there, and they had the wrong decorations on each cake. When I called, they said they had no order for my name. Very very frustrating. They put me on hold forever and still no resolve. I spent quite a bit of time figuring it out myself. Non the less, the cakes are very tasty, they just need to work on customer service.

Deliciousness and mouthwatering! I've shopped here twice within the last two months (and will continue to do so). Their bundt cakes are always fresh and delicious. Good customer service.
