Very bad service i call 3 different times in a month and person there do not know what he has there so i ask if he can order a fridge he says yes i will contact you and send you a list to choose the fridge and he never did. I stop by one day and he said he will order the fridge and i will call me back to give him the card number to pay for it and he never did call again. I try calling many times after and never answer the phone. One lie after other for allost 2 months. Also the place is full of dust and garbage inside and the ceiling its falling apart so watch your self when you go inside. That guy bob cope its the person saying all this lies. He commented him self in a review saying good things about the place wich is a complete lie. Go buy other place where people has better customer service this guy dont care about anything because he gets paid by the cullincini company so he doesn’t care about selling or not.

Hotel pans are impossible to find in Chico. Cullincini had exactly what I was looking for, very low cost, and super friendly. I don't know what that 1 star review is about, but my guess is that reviewer pees sitting down and probably has conflict everywhere he goes! lol

Very good customer service. Called two days in a row to follow-up on two items I ordered and the same guy answered. He remembered me and looked it up then he even followed up with the shipping company for me. I received the parts today and they are exactly what I ordered.
