It took reporting to BBB, and two other agencies to finally get refund for 6 tickets purchases for an event that was cancelled due to COVID.
There is no direct contact for Live Nation/TicketMaster but automatically generated return emails making the process daunting and frustrating. Customer service essentially non existent!
When finally having a response due to the filing of complaints, this was the explanation offered; “though you requested the refund during the window, the date we had internally was different so the agent denied when they did not match.”
It seems to be that this company has no competition and one is forced into dealing with them to purchase tickets (as set out by the venues), that in itself a scam!
Think twice about purchasing through them!!!

Horrible company. Their customer service is rude and condescending. They try to blame their own ridiculous mistakes on you. Like pulling teeth to get a refund. Absolutely abysmal customer experience. Avoid at all costs dealing with these pirates
