I'm very disappointed! Went in to the store on Wednesday to order my daughter's 16th birthday cake and 2 dozen cupcakes. Prepaid over $100 to be picked up on Saturday at noon for a 3pm party. Arrived at 12:15 pm and my order wasn't ready until 2:30 pm. Wrong colors and dont match the cupcake. Did no one notice that the 6 is backward? They asked if I wanted them to remake it, that it would take 20 minutes. So I waited 2.5 hours when it took them 20 minutes?

The price may run a bit higher on average but in exchange you get much better shopping experience than wal mart for sure! It is pleasant, organized, stocked, and clean. Staff is always helpful and works hard. There are no self checkout so you still get personal bagging and cashier experience.

Ordered wings from here for opening college football. We will absolutely NEVER do that again. The wings were supposed to be Mardi Gras wings. Have cooked and absolutely NO seasoning. I called the deli. I bet I don’t hear from the manager

Donna at the register is not very Pleasant. She doesn't smile and just has bad attitude. I thought she was having a bad day when i first experienced this but now it being the 10th time or more I think she needs to learn how to deal with customers. She could at least put a smile on her face. She literally slammed my sub down and I was avoiding the belt because of germs and I was about to eat it. She takes it from me and literally put it down with some force behind it. She may do her job but she is miserable doing it. Idk it was not a good vibe whatsoever!

I absolutely love their fresh fruit bowls. The one (1) with the pineapples, strawberries, and kiwis is my favorite.
I also like the one (1) with all watermelon in it. The employees really care about the customers. They are top notch above employees at other grocery stores. ❤️
