Pretty nice market. Very small, and it’s amazing how overpriced everything is …
Bought a chicken breast that is $17 a pound. And it’s frozen, not even fresh … Did I miss something?
Fort Mason is pretty as usual.

Go to the last aisle to find Ferry Farms at Ft Mason on Sundays if you want the best Cara Cara oranges in the Bay Area!

I have been alternately buying Cara Caras from different vendors at the Ferry Building and Fort Mason every weekend since they came in season and this guy has the very best ones.

I made amazing holiday dishes that Included either the fruit or the juice or both and everyone raved about them. I snack on one every day and take my time to savor how flavorful and juicy they are.

Cara Cara Oranges in Season NOW! Get down there and see Blll for your citrus fix! He also sells other oranges and fresh juice.

They are from Marin. We are so blessed to have such an abundance of amazing produce in the Bay Area. GO LOCAL!

This farmers' market is very expensive, moreso than the Ferry Building (which is already not the cheapest). For example, the hummus people charge $1 more per tub of hummus here than at the Ferry Building. One time I almost bought a single cupcake–then I was informed it was $9!

This past weekend I bought 4 small peaches for $7, and when I got home I found out the peaches were bad. Lesson learned: never buy from a fruit vendor that isn't offering samples (and prioritize cheaper venues).

In terms of lunch/warm food, there are few vegan options and the few they have seem like an afterthought.

All in all this market is fine, I just wouldn't recommend going out of your way to visit if you're not already in the neighborhood.

The farmers market had excellent energy. Loved all of the good eats. A wide variety of organic vegatbles available. Enjoyed just about everything but i was not a fan of the Forest & flour cookies. Almost everyone let you pay with your electric wallet, venmo, debit or cash.

Only place so far I’ve found good tomatoes, and I’m a fussy European. Come here for fresh greens, roots, fruit. Dairy and bread had few representatives and while they’re good they’re not my go to - Acme for bread! However this place has really nice vibes, music, way too much hummus to taste .. aaandd last but not least, the street food!

The green farmer, or whatever they’re called are the real mvp here! Best burrito and breakfast I’ve had in the city, and you should see that guy cook, truly passionate!
