Good luck drivers. This company really sucks appointment is at 2:00 PM got here at 1;45pm. It’s now 4pm. Still waiting for a dock.which there all empty. Oh yea. Load wasn’t even ready. How is this company still in business. If you plan to kill your hours then come here. What a waste of time.

This place is kind of big. I added a Google maps photo with colors, blue is shipping and receiving check in. Red is the on site scale. Green is parking. Checking in was straight forward, make sure you have a "PS 123456" style pick up number. When checked in I asked about overnight parking, the guy at check in said after loading you can park all night. When you get here park in the green circled parking area, walk to.check in, you will come back to your truck and wait for them to come put to you to give your dock assignment. From check in to check out 2.5 hours. I'd like to add I was 36 minutes late, my apt time was 1400, checked in at 1436 checked out at 1704. The guy inside said "worst-case you show up late, we will work you in, we run 24 hours a day"

Overnight parking always gets a good review.
Don't try to check in between 12-12:30. Lunch time.
Checked in a day early at 12:40, just in case they could load me early, and I'm getting loaded by 2. ? Always be polite and respectful. It goes a long way. If they don't have it ready or have many other loads to cover, don't be whiny if they can't fit you in.

I read the reviews of their other place across the street and most of them saud they were loaded early so I arrived here 3 hours early and I got a dock at my appointment time and was checked out within an hour. The gentlemen in the shipping office were nice and we're allowed to take breaks/overnight park. All in all not a bad experience.

They were running a little behind schedule, but that happens often especially nowadays with so much lack of good employees. Good room to maneuver around and back into docks. Very well planned with separate buildings with their own docks. Good helpful people, too.

My experience was really good.Loaded at 10:30 pm while my appointment was supposed to be the next day 9:30 Am. They were nice and they allowed overnight parking. God bless you guys

Load me a day early , call ahead and see if ur load is ready first also over night parking available with porta bathroom out there, thank u guys
