The moment Cheetah opened its app to the public for customer pickups I jumped on the opportunity and placed an order the first day! The selection of products and prices were great PLUS my order was ready next day! Customer service was excellent and communicated via email and text when my order was ready to pick up. I’ve since placed 3 orders for my fresh produce and other grocery goodies, even got TP!
Highly recommend using this service...fast and easy. Embodies the Cheetahs best quality SPEED!
Thank you!

Fantastic prices for meat and dry goods, fast delivery, friendly driver! And really, AMAZING prices. $2 for a lb of butter, $2 for a dozen eggs. Between the prices and the quickness with with my items arrived (next day) and the anxiety and hassle of going to the supermarket every week, this is a no-brainer. Cheetah has my business for the foreseeable future and I'm recommending it to everyone in my online cooking group. I wish I could give it ten stars, I am seriously that happy with my order.

I just recently discovered this service via another delighted customer. I like how accessible, intuitive, and self-explanatory the app is. Kuddos to devs and UX! Great job.
I order what I want; fulfillment sends me the notification if anything is unavailable, I have about 12 hours to add/remove the items.
The pick up is flawless! No lines, no hassle, they even load it in your car! Customer service is extremely helpful, responsive, and you talk to the real person!
I was able to provide and share with friends and neighbors who have no cars or can not leave the kids alone to shop. We use Google Drive to create the wish list, then I buy via the app, picking it up in a city, and then I can just leave it on their porch.
Thank you for coming up with this fantastic startup. You are definitely adding value to society in these times and make many people lives much more manageable. You are really doing a great job!
Instead of 10 families standing in Costco lines, stressing about parking and babysitters, I am shopping for everybody in 1 drive under 60 min!

Stay healthy and happy Cheetah team!

Received my first order yesterday. Great way to get supplies that are otherwise very hard to find right now. I picked up my order after work, pulled up and Popped my trunk. The person loaded my order in the trunk for me and confirmed everything was correct. They practiced social distancing and were all wearing gloves. Thanks to a great team!

I got a tip from Impossible foods to use Cheetah. Because of the pandemic they’re pivoting directly to consumers. Ordering from the app was easy and straightforward. You can setup your pickup time and continue adding items until the cutoff. They have a contactless curb pickup where workers will load groceries from their truck into your car. I’m glad I gave them a try; I was finally able to get toilet paper. Cheetah, please add a tip feature to the app. I felt guilty not being able to tip your employees.

Restaurant Cheetah rocks! After the Bay went under Shelter@Home orders in March I grew frustrated going store to store searching in vain for basic grocery items that seemed permanently out of stock (dairy, eggs, frozen vegetables) because of folks panic buying. So I got *really excited* when I saw a story on the Bay's ABC7 News channel on Restaurant Cheetah, a wholesale restaurant supply business that was opening its service up to regular retail consumers.

I downloaded their app and was surprised how easy it was to use. During check out, I selected from their 10 locations around the Bay to pick up my groceries as well as a date and time frame. It couldn't have been easier!

When I arrived for my groceries, a Cheetah rep wearing a mask spoke to me through my passenger window instead of at the driver's (good job distancing guys!) and I showed my i.d. and that was it - they took care of everything else. They had me park near their refrigerated delivery truck and loaded all my groceries for me. Out of an order of 32 items, only one was not available (6 lbs. of frozen ground beef, but I was so happy about my 2 lbs. of brie cheese I didn't care, lol). My car looked like I'd just gone on a Costco run - but I didn't have to do anything. I couldn't wait to get my haul home. 🙂

Since then I've placed two more orders, and each has been super easy. If any items can't be fulfilled the day of pick up (only happened two times out of three orders and 131 items), Cheetah let's you know that morning. And if there is anything missing from your fulfilled order Cheetah will credit you no problem.

In addition, I've called their customer service a couple times with questions about products, or order fulfillment questions and every employee I spoke with was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. In my opinion, Restaurant Cheetah is the Nordstrom of grocery procurement - and cheaper than even Costco.

PRO TIP: if you don't see an item you want under one of their major category tabs (like Bakery, Dairy, Deli, Family Size, etc.) just type the item into the search bar. I was shocked at the variety of food they carry that doesn't even show under the main tabs - foods like pita bread, hummus, dolmas and even gyro meat - though you've got to be able to cook the 20 lbs. of rotisserie style gyro meat yourself, lol).

Hope this info helps folks who aren't sure how Restaurant Cheetah works. Happy shopping!

Happy to have this resource in these times! You pretty much get all items in your order since stock is reserved when order is placed. Produce is good quality. Pay attention to descriptions for quantities. Pick ups have gone smoothly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Credit was immediately given for a couple of issues brought to their attention.

The prices are good, but the fulfillment and customer support are terrible. I placed an order last night and contacted support to ask if there was anyway to get the order by tomorrow. They said no problem, just come pick it up. Three different times I said that I would come tomorrow at 1:00 and each time they said that's fine. When my wife got there, they didn't have anything because the customer service rep "misunderstood" the three times that I said I would be there tomorrow. Instead the order will be ready Weds. It normally wouldn't be a big deal, but I was buying groceries for my 19 employees who have been out of work because of the shelter in place, and after getting confirmation that I could pick up the groceries on Mon, I scheduled them all to come in on Tues. In the end, the woman at customer support kept saying it wasn't their fault and it was a "misunderstanding" and that there was no way to get the food as promised. In the end she just hung up on me and cancelled the order.
