Small shop that sells all sorts of dried meat products like Chinese bacon, duck thighs, and most famously Lap Cheong sausage. I personally like the extra lean sausage for homemade stir fry and claypot rice.

This company is horrible I tell you, I bought a pack of frozen wonton (pork and shrimp) from manilla market, their package looks home-made and ghetto, so you might think they are freshly made. When I took it home to cook it, oh boy, the pork meat they used in the wonton are HORRIBLE, alot of fat that I had to spit out, very nasty wonton. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY'S FOOD, THEY USE POOR QUALITY MEAT WITH ALOT OF FAT THAT'S NOT EVEN EDIBLE, STAY WITH THOSE PROFESSIONAL PACKAGES, THIS COMPANY IS TRASH.

Their sausages with rose wine are very special. I also like their Chinese style bacon 臘肉 which now also comes in smaller cut pieces in addition to the traditional long strips。They are normally closed on Wednesdays, but in December and thru Chinese New Year, they are open 7 days a week.
