Appointment was at 0900, arrived at 0810, no guard was there, after 15 minutes shunter told me go directly at receiving door, spent 40 minutes for phone and knocked the door but no answer. Suddenly one worker came out and I got in. The counter guy told me come back at 1900 bcz we don't have any loader. After whole day I got the door at 1930 and left at 0030 midnight. I think they are working in night. No restroom facility outside in the parking lot. Big parking with big pot holes.

I had a 9pm delivery appt. Checked in at 7pm and got a door and unloaded immediately. It took longer for paperwork than the unloading took. Nice people here

The typical warehouse nothing to really complain about besides not having a restroom for drivers but everything else was relatively normal they allowed me to check-in 30 mins early for a 9 pm appointment and I was unloaded with paperwork in hand by 11 pm. There's plenty of overnight dirt parking on side of the street before you get to the main entrance

I had a 2000 appointment, was in at 1950. It didn't take long for me to get unloaded, sat in the office for 20 mins because they went to lunch and didn't let anyone know or post signs. If you show up early or got no hours to leave there is parking on 45th street and 47th street. There is big dirt shoulders in both streets where you can park overnight. 45th street shoulder is wider than 47th street. There us also a street that is blocked off that was used to connect 45th and 47th that you can also use to park. Pictures is on 45th

Went in early they have start unloading me 1 hour early but don't be too early cuz once they busy they won't unload you there is few parking available on the side of the road

They are strickly by appointments only. You can check in as early as you want to on the day of your appointment. They will call you once they assigned a door to you.
Parking is the street before the main entrance.
FYI There is no food close by.

Not as bad as many reviews say. Appointment for 10pm on a Sunday, arrived at 8:45pm, was the only truck checking in, check in took 5 minutes, staff was kind. Got a door right away, 3.5 hours later I was done. Easy maneuvering and overnight parking outside of property.

My appointment is at 11:59pm. At 10:30 all movement stopped saying they don't have empty doors. Why book all of these appointments then and expect us to pay a late fee because of you all mess up. Check in is ridiculous. In line for over a hour. No sense of urgency. It takes 15 minutes to check in one truck, smh
