These guys are top-notch supplier and amazing to work with. Sahil has been a great help in particular, super responsive and efficient. I had a complex order for drone equipment including some items which are in short supply. Other stores couldn't figure out when those items would be in stock. But Sahil worked closely with me to confirm an estimated in-stock date, secure those items, and even have them shipped ahead of schedule. I've ordered from them twice already and definitely will continue to order again.

Derek was fantastic to work with from the time he answered the photo. First of all they had the M30T when nobody else did. The quote was while I was on the phone. BUYER BEWARE. If you buy anything from the sales department you are on your own. I made a purchase of two DJI Mini 4 drones with two DJI Integra goggles, not knowing that the Integra goggles would not work with the drones. When contacting the sales staff member that I made the purchase from he would not accept the goggles back since it was an open package. Why do they sell me goggles that would not work with my drones in the first place? The name DSLR Pros implies that they know what they’re selling. They’re not even familiar with the remote ID specifics of the Mini 4 because they were also incorrect about the RID because it doesn’t work with the extended range battery. If you are in the market to make a purchase of a drone go somewhere else because this company will leave you high and dry. Even their Customer review that I emailed doesn’t go anywhere. I would never make another purchase from this company.

The drone itself is nice and performs well. Purchasing was a breeze.
Customer support is horrible. I’ve had my drone for almost three weeks and they can’t manage to provide and activation for my warranty plan that will work. I was also sent three links to register the drone and links for a guide and not one of them is in English.
With all of this said, I did get an email tell me that I’m not allowed to fly my drone until all of my registrations are complete. RIDICULOUS

my Sales person at DSLR -Ankit Sachdeva worked with me for months to Price packages and options for our Search and Rescue team in Colorado. We got the rite Tools at the rite price. A problem with the unit out of the factory sealed box . With Ankit's quick response and Sean's from tec. support Autel expedited the replacement. knowing people will work with you to end solution is good to have.
