This is an excellent gastropub. Plenty of beer selections and amazing pub food selection. My friend had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, pickled brined fried chicken, cajun remoulade, and pickles, served a brioche bun. I tried their Mac and Cheese topped with bbq pulled pork, crispy onions, scallions, and served with brussels sprouts. Everything was tasty and will pair well with their extensive beer selection!

Haven't even left the place and had to write a review. Had the OG burger, fries, Brussel sprouts, and the Mac and cheese
Everything was so good!
The OG burger had a chipotle aioli, habanero jam, and jalapeños..
Service was amazing, waitress was super nice and helped us decide on the burger..
To top it off we ended with their bread pudding, soooo good!

Stumbled upon Bread and Barley while looking for places to eat after learning the place that has a soft opening today only serves drinks.
This gastro bar is a total delight- from the high ceiling to the brick walls and the cool lighting. Good food and friendly service were a plus. We ordered Fried Brussel sprouts and the Bread and Barley burger which came with a choice of side, we decided on regular fries. The brussel sprouts was 5 stars. Perfectly toasted not bitter. Tossed with nuts and bacon bits in a balsamic glaze dressing. The burger was more than enough split between my sister and I. Cooked as per our instructions with fries that are not salted nor greasy. Our server “Z” was friendly and quick to take our orders. A 3% service fee is added to all tabs. The fee is waived when paying withcash. There are street parking available as well as a public parking structure half a block away. The restroom was clean and we'll stocked. Definitely would come back with the whole family.

Sooooo good. Partner and I have a small baby, I really wanted a beer and he wanted some food. Beer selection was plentiful and paired well with our meals. Service was quick and mellow (no hovering or long waits). And the food was SO GOOD! I did not expect the tastiness. We ordered the cauliflower app (battered, fried, and a little spicy) served with fresh lemons, steak & fries - so flavorful it comes with sliced purple onions, tomatoes, and red peppers in pesto sauce, and the fish & chips -big, big fish. Portions were generous. Ambience was mellow, music playing but you could still have a conversation. Family friendly, tons of people had their kids with them and the ambient sounds are loud enough to drown out kid cries lol. Downside is no changing table in the restroom which is expected at a gastropub but it would’ve been nice. I look forward to going back.

First of all, I was in a bad mood when I was hungry. All I knew was that I wanted beer and spicy food, so I googled 'beer and spicy food near me' and off my mom and I went. He had a few drinks and as for food we had the carne asada fries, carne asada tacos, and the mango Jalepeno wings. The tacos were delicious, the cheese on the fries were also delicious, and the wings were both crispy and juicy. Overall, the experience was pleasant. The staff was very well versed on their beers despite the ever changing beer menu. Honestly, i'm happy to have found a place with food that is this good. 10 out of 10. Will DEFINITELY come again.

Hidden brunch gem. ? The burger was fantastic, and the French toast was scrumptious. Mimosas (pour your own OJ)- YUM.
