YOUBITE is one of my favorite stops on my weekly visit to the Downtown Ventura Farmer's Market. Carmen is so friendly and also gives some great recipe suggestions. They carry a large selection of super fresh and delicious sausages and I'm slowly making my way through trying each of them. Every single one I've tried have been amazing, including the regular brats, spicy brats, the German lollipop, and the Irish breakfast sausages. Though my sleeper favorite are the lamb Merguez, which were amazing in a curry. Highly highly recommend.
