This is one amazing company!!! I had two identical pepper mills that broke and I sent them in to be repaired. 2 weeks later I received 2 brand new salt and pepper sets just like the mills I returned! When they say lifetime warranty they mean it! Even during the Covid-19 quarantine! Thank you so much for replacing my very favorite pepper-mill!

When we experienced some difficulty with a pepper grinder, they quickly and efficiently dispatched an entire Pepper Mill and Salt Mill SET. Great products at a great price. I purchased an Olde Thompson spice rack from a retail store and found one of the caps broken. The retail store was far from my house so I sent an email with attached photo of the unopened, broken cap to Olde Thompson customer service and they replaced the jar and cap immediately with no questions asked.
