Amazing Pão de Queijo!

Maria Cheese Bites are hands down the best and legit pão de queijo I’ve had in California. They’re crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy on the inside—just perfect! It’s like a little bite of Brazil, as a brazilian I can affirm. I seriously can’t stop eating them. If you’re into pão de queijo or just love cheese snacks, you’ve gotta try these!

Cheese bread Say less! Maria’s cheese bites blew me away. I followed the instructions and baked for about 30 minutes and it came out of the oven perfectly! The outside was crispy and the inside had the most amazing texture (think mochi/tapioca texture) It was so cheesy and a perfect cheese bite for a snack or breakfast in the morning paired with some coffee. Try it out for yourself!

This authentic Brazilian cheese bread is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend folks in the Bay Area to try. We enjoyed these at a work offsite for a large group of people and they were a big hit. Am a big fan of Maria’s cheese bites.
