This is the best beef I have ever tasted or prepared. We have tried almost everything and it NEVER disappoints. My husband and I had both gotten to a point that every time we ate steaks our stomachs would get messed up. We took a chance the other night and grilled a couple of NY Strips from Pounds Meat Wagon, and I am delighted to say NO ISSUES!!! They were the best tasting steaks we have ever had, and they digested so well! You can’t tell me CLEAN meat doesn’t make a difference to our bodies! We have purchased a few freezers full of Beef over the last couple years. It's comforting to know where our meat comes from and it's much better quality than the grocery store. The Pounds are also a great, local family. We should all be doing everything we can to make sure local farmers are making a living. Support this business...you be glad you did!
